Paris Hilton is suing Hallmark for allegedly using her likeness and trademark phrase “That’s Hot” (that can be trademarked?)
It kinda sound like suing a puppy doesn’t it? “I’m suing Hallmark. Damn them and their uplifting cards that make people smile at special occasions!” Though in fairness it kinda looks like she has them dead to rights for image use infringement.
If she is able to sue a phrase that’s been around for, oh, since the beginning of the English language, I hereby declare all other English words and phrases my trademark. Cue the cash registers ringing and me buying a tropical island.
Keep on talking sucker, yes. YEEEESSSSS! Mine, all words are MINE!
