Lauren Conrad On The Cover Of Shape Magazine

Free Image Hosting at www.ImageShack.usLauren Conrad is on the cover of the January edition of Shape magazine. She discusses how she has gotten into phenomenal shape. People Magazine reports:

Conrad, 21, shows off the results on her regimen—twice-a-week weight training, running and kickboxing, along with a fish-and veggie-friendly diet—on the January 2008 cover of Shape magazine. And they say you can’t get buff from shopping.

As for her diet: “I used to love fast food,” she admits, “Now I eat six small meals a day consisting mostly of fish, beans, and other protein, along with veggies.”

She is looking WAY hot these days even if her show is about as authentic as Mexican cuisine from Subway.

Speaking of workout regimens I need to add a new wrinkle to by routine. I wonder how much punishing my wang to Shape magazine covers will burn? I don’t think the loss of my dignity will drop any extra weight, but I don’t think I can keep it out of the routine at this point.
