Sorry once again for the lack of updates today. I had to read the new Alex Proyas (The Crow, Dark City, I,Robot etc.) film.
I can’t say I was upset that I had to. I can’t really tell you what the plot of the film is just yet since it hasn’t been screened which would probably result in me being sued for giving away the plot twists and I’m not a prick like that anyway, but I can tell you that it was ACES.
It had many thematic elements in common with Dark City and The Crow and was just simply wonderful.
So in that way having to read rather than write last night was a delight.
Anyway, seeing as Sunday is always a deader than dead day, I’ll find the most interesting things from Saturday and comment on them briefly, perhaps in a ‘links rundown’ format since I have no reading to do tonight and then I’ll do the Sunday stuff, which will probably just be some links since….there is never anything going on on Sunday.
