High School the Musical star, Ashley Tisdale is covering Rick Astley? Is she doing it as a joke? A clever nod to the Rick Roll? It worked in getting me to post it, but it doesn’t mean that I won’t also mention that she sings like a cat having its balls relentlessly beaten by a spiked club
Granted, the Rick Roll is old news now, but perhaps the newly dubbed Tis Roll (the first asshole who steals it without linking gets skull fucked) will catch on. It would be contrived and a bit stale but that’s about all this cover is worth because it is devoid of musical value.
