As many of you saw last week, there was a group of teens who beat the shit out of a friend so they could be a Youtube sensation. Smart.

Well, Dr. Phil, the always ethical doctor, decided to bail these shit bag losers for the sole purpose of having them on his show. Check out this report from eFlux:

The bails for the violent girls were set on Friday and they are ranging from $30,000 to $37,000. The girls are aged from 14 to 18.

The bailing out was confirmed via e-mail by Terri Corigliano, a show spokeswoman. In his e-mail, Corigliano explained that the show has previously helped other “guests and potential guests” of the show with different needs, but in this case “certain staff members” who were in the process of booking guests for the Dr. Phil McGraw show went a bit too far and broke the rules of the show.

“These staff members have been spoken to and our policies reiterated. In addition, we have decided not to go forward with the story as our guidelines have been compromised,” Corigliano wrote in the statement.

Huh? So basically you bailed her out like assholes, and now aren’t going to run the story since everyone found out about it and are claiming some bullshit rules violation that seems non-existent as it jibes perfectly with your policy of bailing dirtbags out of jail? Oh and by the way, 5 other kids of a possible 8 were bailed out but no confirmation that it was Dr Phil there as well….yet.

Note to Dr. Phil: it is possible to interview criminals in jail. People do it all the time. There is no reason to bail out these fucking shit birds. They deserve to rot in jail for a couple of weeks waiting for trial so they can get a small taste of what they did to their ‘friend’ for shits n’ giggles.

I can semi-'get' it when it's someone you've had an actually intimate relationship with, though even then it's a bit much. Ventura County Sheriff's Department officials said Avary, 42, who won an Academy Award in the mid-90s for the film "Pulp Fiction," was the driver in the single-car collision that occurred shortly after midnight in front of the Ojai Lumber Company on the east side of town. A news release from the sheriff's department said Avary was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash. Killed in the accident was Andreas Zini, 34, a resident of Italy who was apparently visiting the couple in Ojai, coroner's officials said. Zini was transported to Ventura County Medical Center, where he died on the operating table shortly before 7 a.m., apparently of internal injuries, Senior Deputy Medical Examiner Craig Stevens said. Avary's wife, Gretchen Avary, 40, was ejected from the car and found in the roadway by deputies. She was transported to Ojai Valley Community Hospital, where she was listed in stable condition late this afternoon. Sheriff's deputies booked Avary into Ventura County Jail, but he was later released on $50,000 bail.
So once again the question is begged: if you are worth a couple of million dollars, why in the name of donkey balls would you drive drunk when you can EASILY pay for a cab/limo to drive you. It's seriously one of the once preventable 'accidental' crimes a person can possibly commit. There is only sadness for the Zini family who must not wonder why on earth their son would get in the car with a drunk and bewilderment that someone with a decent amount of money wouldn't pay for a fucking cab. Hopefully Avary will get at least a year in jail and won't be let off with some softie deal. Something tells me he will be but still, absolute nonsense for something like this to happen. So apparently, Britney has been erratic lately and losing tons of weight according to a litany of reports popping up. She was brought in for a psych evaluation. (you may sit through the 9 minute video to see her being carted off to the hospital along with her kids) Shocking news of the day, she apparently acted bat shit crazy when the cops showed up. I don't buy it for a second. She probably acted emotionally when they came to take the kids back, per the court order, and went for the 'crazy girl' approach hoping to avoid further legal issues. If she really is a psych case, she may as well sign those kids over right now. The most delicious part is the paprazzo yelling at K-Fed that he's 'a piece of shit' as he drives into the hospital. I guess because he wants to see his kids not raised by a raving lunatic and wanting a fair divorce settlement. (hey if girls are allowed to use that bullshit excuse for marrying rich and taking money they did very little to earn, turnabout is fairplay and all that) Oh and need I remind anyone that Britney is well known to have cut deals with photo agencies and is currently fucking a paparazzo? ]]> KTLA is reporting that Britney Spears refused to let K-Fed take the kids back to him this evening and is currently having a little showdown with the police; that usually ends well.

No word on if it has been resolved or if she is on her way to taserville, but if anything interesting comes of it, I’ll keep you posted. Otherwise assume that she gave up the kids after realizing that she is acting like and ass…again.

I’m sure Perez and TMZ will have 19 posts about every last bit of minutiae regarding the story, which is not only excessive, it is also boring. However, if that is your thing, check there. If there is anything else remotely interesting, I’ll post it here.

This is what she no doubt has to look forward to if she doesn’t comply with that little thing called the law.

It’s honestly about the least shocking DUI ever if you’ve seen the litany of pictures of her smoking up in her car and the pix of her drinking all the time.

The new wrinkle is this LAME video that is obviously set up by her agents and publicists to make her look like an angelic little girl who made one mistake.

Nail her to the wall. DUI is such and easily avoidable offense, especially for the wealthy, it isn’t even funny. Spring for a fucking cab, bitch. Sure they are a little more expensive in LA but isn’t it worth it for the lack of aggravation and criminal record? Seriously, isn’t this supposed to be punishment? Should the words “I enjoyed that” come out of a criminal’s mouth at anytime while fulfilling their debt to society?

If this is the new standard I’m gonna go steal a bunch of shit that gets lost (re: sold and the money pocketed away til after the court date so I don’t have to give this back) and since I have no record I’ll ask to be sentenced to community service as a Victoria’s Secret Model oil boy or as a romancer of models on film. Shit, since we are allowed to enjoy it, why the fuck not? I’ll be rich and sexually satisfied.

John Stamos was involved in an altercation Monday with a woman who allegedly became belligerent on a flight from Chicago to Los Angeles, according to reports. The woman reportedly shook Stamos awake while he was sleeping in first class, took his seat and would not give it back when he went to the restroom, and eventually hit the ER actor several times in the hand, a source tells Access Hollywood. The woman, who was not identified, then allegedly began screaming and threatening Stamos. Airline personnel called the FBI when the plane landed, according to KNBC-TV in L.A., which first reported the story.

Our source tells us that this ocurred as the caravan of chasers were making a right turn on Santa Monica Blvd. and Rexford Dr. in Beverly Hills. The paparazzi was hit by a silver range rover and was literally smashed under its wheels. From what we hear, the body went into seizure and then it just stopped moving. It doesn’t look like he made it, according to our source (t. ed.- their source now indicates that the man is alive but in critical condition)
I am not one for laws for everything, and I'm not sure this requires on yet, but something has to be done about these god damn paparazzi. I have nearly been KILLED by these maniacs walking out of work on at least 5 occasions as they come whipping out of the Marmont or Hyde to chase down fucking Screech. Enough is enough people.
