Air travelers in Canada who make comments about bombs and guns will
from now on only be arrested if it is clear they are making a serious

One of the Wienermobiles was pulled over in Tuscon, Arizona literally 20 minutes ago because it was driving with stolen license plates.

However, the plates were showing up stolen because a few weeks prior, a Wienermaster thought that his Wienermobile had been stolen and the record of the theft wasn’t taken off the record.

All is fine. The Wienermobile was merely a victim of shoddy record keeping. Your wiener supply shall not be interrupted.

I have been resisting stories about Chris Benoit as I didn’t think anyone gave that much of a shit that a guy who pumped ‘roids into his body flipped out and killed a bunch of people. Hard to believe a roid freak would do that, I know. Sadly, there have been 60 pro wrestlers under the age of 45 who have died in the last 10 years so them killing themselves and others hasn’t been all that uncommon.

However, this twist makes it VERY interesting…

Fox is reporting that someone updated Benoit’s Wikipedia entry to say that that his wife was dead a full 13 hours before she was found by police.

Apparently the IP addresses indicate that the poster was from Connecticut. Coincidentally, the home of the WWE (parent company of ECW, Benoit’s league) Wiki pulled the entry citing insufficient evidence.

Later, another poster from Australia posted the same thing 20 minutes later with slightly more substantiation but it was pulled again for lack of sufficient evidence.

Could he have been updating his Wiki entry through proxy servers? That just adds a whole new level of sickness. Or did the WWE know more than they are letting on?

I’ve ridden for years and have had asshole cops rough me up in places where no ordinance against skateboarding existed. They DON’T give a shit. If it’s illegal in their mind, it’s go time.

If signs are posted and shit should the kids be riding there? No. Though I’m sure the law could be challenged and overturned if they allow other forms of non-bipedal transportation on the sidewalks as it’s happened in many municipalities around the country.

Should the cops be kicking the shit out of kids for what is an offense that calls for a $50 ticket and a "get the fuck out of here" offense? No.

The police in this video have been put on leave and will hopefully be brought up on criminal and civil charges. I really really get worked up over this shit. Thank god for video tapes.

***no, I’m not saying ALL cops are assholes. Though there are a lot who are when it comes to skateboarding, there are good cops. Hell, I’ve even had some cops bust out a board from their trunk and skate with us. Sadly, most of them get so worked up over the horrible act of rolling down a sidewalk on a skateboard that they ruin it for the good ones.

Now, the biggest argument most of the suits have been giving is that the pig puppets are akin to Joe Camel from Camel Cigarette fame and the Catholic church opposes birth control. Let’s address these:

1) Cigarettes have been shown to be a possible cause of cancer, lung disease…basically death. Not using condoms have been shown to be a possible cause of death or getting some sweet ass sores on your wang/baginer. No correlation between Joe Camel and the Pigs. I’d rather my kid learn about proper condom use than watch a crack whore get raped and beaten to death on CSI and have to explain that to them.

2) Fuck the Catholic Church. Everyone doesn’t subscribe to your views. Sorry. Some of us don’t want 900 kids and/or herpes. If that’s what you believe, great, but get the fuck outta my face and my life you kiddie raping motherfuckers.

My only issue is the whole "all men are pigs" concept. Can that be any more played out? I find it ironic that in the quest to be "equal" to men, women have resorted to the same sort of negative stereotype use that many men were quite guilty of many years ago. Get over it ladies. Not all men are pigs, most of you just tend to go for the "bad boys" and guess what? The vast majority of them are shit heads. I know that all too well from personal experience.

Two wrongs do not make a right.

This begs the question, "if you didn’t have a plan to collude with the sheriff’s department to side step the legal system from the start, why didn’t you file the appeal immediately after she was sentenced the first time?"

This smacks of bullshit and furthers my allegations that the Hilton’s are major backers of Sheriff Lee Baca and they called in a marker to him and hoped to be able to get their darling beloved a "jail" sentence in a fucking mansion in the Hollywood Hills.

Baca may have avoided the contempt charges for now, for changing the terms of confinement himself and then initially refusing to pick her up for the court date today saying the judge didn’t have the authority to order her to court, but this won’t be the end of it for him, not by a long shot. Really? Who the fuck does this guy think he is?

Don’t expect this to be the end of it. I am promising you there will be one more BIG bombshell from all of this. I’ll keep you posted.

Of course, my favorite part of all of it is the fact that she will be on 24 hour surveillance and have a panic button should anything happen to her while in prison…like, oh I don’t know, she tries to kill herself? Or another inmate who isn’t so rich kicks the living shit out of her for trying to buy her way out of prison?

LA City attorney Rocky Delgadillo will be pushing for a contempt of court charge for LA County Sheriff Lee Baca for violating the Judges decision.

Rumors from those close to the judge say that he is quite furious about all of this as well.

In fact, when he sentenced her he specifically forbade any sort of mitigated sentences (i.e. house arrest, work release, etc.) when he signed the sentencing forms.

This could get really really ugly and really really fun really quick…really.

The betting man’s money is on Paris heading back to jail and even perhaps getting the entire original sentence reinstated with the time served. (they somehow credited her with 5 days despite only being there 3 days but whatever)

First, she was released to house arrest for psychological reasons. The rumor is she was close to a nervous breakdown. (I guess she is a better actress than we thought)

Various sources have indicated that this move was made solely by the LA County Sheriff’s Dept.

However, to make any modifications to sentences, one has to file with the DA and get it modified through the original judge. Much to the surprise of both of those gentlemen, they saw the news of this on the morning news rather than through briefs filed through their office.

The LA County Sheriff’s Union is up in arms over the move to let her out on house arrest as well and confused as to how such an agreement could have been reached without judicial involvement.

District Attorney Delgadillo is "extremely troubled" with the move and is promising to investigate any possible procedural and or criminal violations.

Basically, someone at the criminally corrupt LA County Sheriff’s Dept took a payoff from the Hilton’s and thought they could slip one by the goalie. Not the case. It looks like yet another case that will drag the already soiled name of law enforcement in LA through the mud once it’s all said and done.

Hey at least Paris will have her mom or dad as a cell mate when they are taken down on bribery charges.

TMZ is reporting that Paris Hilton has been released from jail…after 3 days…she was sentenced to 45 days…then it was reduced to 23 days…but now it was just 3. Money sure is great.

I’ve heard of time off for good behavior but this is ridiculous. She must be able to suck the meanest dick on earth because this is ridiculous.

In all seriousness, how does this happen? Even if she filed an appeal she would still have to sit in jail. The only thing I can imagine is the jails got too full…again…and they had to let out some of the so called "low risk" offenders.

So there is your lesson kids: If you are going to have multiple, serious driving violations, and then violate the probation they give you as a second chance as opposed to jail; make sure it’s when the jails are full so you don’t have to be punished.

I’m sure she has learned her lesson from those 3 hard, hard days where she was forced to work out and given hot dogs for dinner. How awful.

Fuck LA County. The most incompetent city in America.

If there is anything earth shattering at the news conference later I’ll update this but somehow I have a feeling nothing will come of it….

As you may have heard, last week, the Dutch producer of Big Brother announced that he had a 37 year old woman with an inoperable brain tumor who was going to chose between 3 contestants to give it to.

Now, Dutch TV can get pretty crazy (I fully support titties on public TV, hear that FCC?), but did anyone believe this sort of shit would fly? Not all that surprisingly, the producer announced that it was a hoax to draw attention to the lack of organ donation world wide.

Noble as that cause may be, I still think he is an asshole for getting some people’s hopes up who thought they might get a shot at a much needed kidney. They had to know it wouldn’t fly, but still.

He should stick to producing annoying, inane reality shows rather than make these grand, misguided political statements.

It is physically impossible to make fun of Paul in any way. He’s always been a class act and, to my memory, hasn’t ever been pulled out of a ladies toilet with vomit covering his clothes after leaving rehab for the 90th time. Oh and he could actually act.

You won’t find many like Paulie in Hollywood anymore. Enjoy retirement.

E! is reporting that Lindsay Lohan has definitely checked herself into rehab. Though most people being contacted are being cryptic, Lindz’ mother had this to say:

"We’re still figuring it all out. We’re all just figuring it out."

Yeah, probably because you are still drunk/high yourself and still don’t know what happened. Sober up and answer the question a little later, babycakes.

Trust me folks. If you’ve spent anytime at all near the Crescent Heights/Sunset intersection at night, you have seen mom and daughter* hopping bars on occasion and neither one looks the least bit sober.

What a wonderful role model to have. I can’t figure out why your daughter is a disaster, Dina. Can you?

Even though the rehab is an obviously ploy to try to avoid jail time,
it’s pretty clear Lindz needs to spend a week or two in lock up to get
a jolt of reality. Drinking and doing coke then driving and smashing
your car up a curb into a tree and leaving the scene of the accident is
1000% uncool. I doubt any average person would get a walk on it either.
Lindsay shouldn’t be an exception.

*or at least impersonators who look one hell of a lot like them.

To celebrate the event, the History Channel is running a special on the origins of the mythologies in Star Wars. Uh yeah, they are called Kurosawa films. End of special. I guess that doesn’t get as much ad time as an hour long special though.
